Proprietors Tyler and Jenny Sherman started Odyssey Gastropub guided by a simple goal: “We wanted to create a place where we would want to go!”

Years of experience in restaurant and hospitality business gave Tyler and Jenny the nuts-and-bolts know-how to throw down a great pub. Passion and creativity gave them the inspiration to bring it into reality.
